In efforts to continue striving towards a cleaner environment, Diamond Products is doing its part to work towards responsible sustainability:

• Recycles 75% of items from office and production.

• All scrap metals are sorted and recycled.

• All grindings, dust and wet sludge is captured and picked up by a recycling company turned into ingots and used in foundry applications.

• All pallets are reused when possible or hauled away to be made into mulch.

• Fluorescent light bulbs all batteries are recycled and office paper is shredded and recycled

• Coolants used are people and environmentally friendly and are also recycled by running through filters and reused again.

• Plastic blade packaging and office equipment is recyclable.

• Waste oils, fuels, paints and most of the coolants are now blended by a waste hauler to allow it to be used as the fuel in cement kilsn and other heat applications.

• RightFax is being used to supplement regular faxing, thus saving paper. RightFax is a computer program that allows its user to fax directly from a computer to a fax machine. This saves confirmation pages from being printed and which saves toner.

• Company literature is converted into a digital file where it can be emailed and downloaded on www.diamondproducts.com, saving paper and costs.

• Literature that does make it to paper is printed by printers that are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council who uses recycled paper.

• Toner that is used in company offices are gathered and sent to a recycling facility.

• We offer a full line of vacuums and shrouds under the Core Vac brand that is a dust containment solution for clean coring and cutting.
